IS SHE OVERRATED ??!! Please I don't need Delulu diehard ShinHye's fans typical comments here I just want to know how ppl see her bcs I read lots' of comments claiming her being so OVERRATED .. And she's always had the chemistry of a rock with all of her male leads, I have no idea HOW her dramas always do so well. Plus need I remind y'all: The famous O.O look that is so iconic for her. I'm sorry of you're her fan, you keep doing your thing, but that is my honest assessment after having watched all of her rom coms (with the exception of Pinocchio. I refuse to watch it after having been BURNED so many times by shitty K-Drama romances). Edit: I do think she's very pretty. No mistake about that. But people treat her as though she's some kind of goddess? And I'll never understand it. She's very cute and pretty, but I don't think she's incredibly gorgeous tbh, like some kind of crazy beauty? Then again, I'll never understand many celebrities being overpraised for their looks. It's all just a matter of personal preference, so I don't want to bash her for that. Different folks, different strokes and the whole thing about cultures being very different as well. So yeah, I do think she's overpraised in this dept as well, but that's not really an issue. She got flopped in Heartstring where only Yonghwa in there. No difference in acting level between she and Goo Hyesun. But GHS tries from historical role to musical actress and a blind girl (if she is sticking to these roles by PSH, she will get loved). Lee Yoonhee and Go Ara are above her in terms of everything but these poor girls gets always bashed just because of the fact they are from SM. Even idol actresses like Suzy, Yoona and UEE try a good diversity of roles while PSH still acting as a pretty innocent girls loved by both male leads. And I'm not just talking about k-netz, everybody who saw it in general. Users here even praised her, for once, in Pinocchio. As for her looks, she's average at best.
