I can't remember a single thing I've learned so far in almost any of my college classes, but I can still list the presidents in chronological order thanks to my 7th grade Social Studies teacher. But to an employer, your degree is just a proof that you are smart enough to learn what's in front of you but obedient enough not to question it -- unless we're talking science or medicine, of course. I get scared telling people my degree because what if they ask me if I can do something relating to it for them. I'd have to be like uhhh I don't really remember how to do that anymore.
