As far as I kmow only SNSD and KARA were able to fill in Tokyo Domes among all kpop groups

And it very prestigious for jaoanese and foreign artists to hold concert at Tokyo Dome

and yes it is a big deal since Tokyo Dome max capacity is like 55,000 so you have to have quite decent size fandom in Japan to have concert there.

 

but still it is just 1 concert for 55 000 people and that is it. If you ask me for example I think it is much bigger deal for SNSD to have arena tour in Japan for over 200 000 people than having a Tokyo Dome concert

Tokyo Dome is like a symbol for doing awesome in Japan.

Every great acknowledged singer/group has concerts at Tokyo Dome.

So having a concert there/fanmeeting/etc...  is like getting recognized by Japan.

The thing is, YES it is now easier to perform in dome and there should be no restriction on which talent/singer/group tokyo dome want to invite to perform there, even when they haven't release a jap album. But then again. yes, time changes. circumstances change. Then exo-l don't feel too proud for your EXO boys and claim they can feel what TVXQ and BoA did. because it's just not the same, right? To accomplish the same thing as their predecessors is nothing to be bragged about. Almost common sense, even. Because it's only natural for newer generation to continue to live on the history the inventors has created. They have to achieve much more than that for it to be as 'worthy'.

 

YES THEY DESERVE to perform at Tokyo Dome, congratulation. really. 

But THEY DON'T DESERVE to feel AS PROUD as their sunbaes.
