Iraqi Army Accuses Britain of helping ISIS

Iran’s FAR News Agency reports the Iraq Army has shot down two British planes delivering weapons to the Islamic State.

“The Iraqi Parliament’s National Security and Defense Committee has access to the photos of both planes that are British and have crashed while they were carrying weapons for the ISIL,†Head of the committee Hakem al-Zameli said, according to the Arabic-language information center of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq.

The incident was reported by foreign and alternative media but not mentioned by the establishment media in the U.S. Europe.

Hakem al-Zameli, a senior Iraqi legislator, added that the current government in Baghdad is receiving daily reports from security forces in al-Anbar province about flights airdropping weapons to ISIS.

He said the U.S. wants to promote chaos in Iraq and does this by supporting the Islamic State.

Other Iraqi lawmakers are complaining about the situation.

“We have discovered weapons made in the US, European countries and Israel from the areas liberated from ISIL’s control in Al-Baqdadi region,†the al-Ahad news website quoted the head of the al-Anbar Provincial Council Khalaf Tarmouz as saying.

Weapons made in Europe and Israel were also discovered in Ramadi, Tarmouz said.

“The US drops weapons for the ISIL on the excuse of not knowing about the whereabouts of the ISIL positions and it is trying to distort the reality with its allegations,†he said.

In December Iranian state media claimed U.S. military aircraft dropped weapons in areas held by the Islamic State for a second time.

Infowars.com reported:

Iraqi volunteers fighting against IS in the Yathrib and Balad districts in Iraq’s Salahuddin Province reported the air drops.

Iraq claims it now has the upper hand in the battle to regain territory from the terrorist group.

In October a purported errant airdrop of weapons fell into the hands Islamic State fighters outside Kobani in Syria.

In November Iraqi intelligence sources said the U.S. is actively supplying ISIS with weapons.

“The Iraqi intelligence sources reiterated that the US military planes have airdropped several aid cargoes for ISIL terrorists to help them resist the siege laid by the Iraqi army, security and popular forces,†a report stated.

“What is important is that the US sends these weapons to only those that cooperate with the Pentagon and this indicates that the US plays a role in arming the ISIL.â€

In July, Infowars.com reported on the large amount of U.S. weapons captured by ISIS.

In addition to combat ground vehicles and artillery previously acquired from the Iraqi military, the trove taken form U.S. bases included more than 50 155mm M-198 artillery batteries and 4,000 PKC machine guns.

The acquisition of sophisticated weapons converted ISIS from a terrorist group into an army capable of waging conventional war in Iraq and Syria.

That's all?

What else do I need to say? Unreliable source, bogus report.

Not to mention the UK is doing everything it can to combat ISIS.

Which is why the west will never win against these people, because we are not as ruthless as them, they are animals who kill anything and everything with no hesitation, our government needs to be like that if they have a hope of victory.

All i'm saying is if they had proof, they'd be showing it.

My guess is this isn't the Iraqi army lying so much as conspiracy sites doing what they do best, make things up or twist facts to fit their own agenda.

here's the original English translation of the Arabic articlehttp://english.farsnews.com/newstext.aspx?nn=13931204001534

Again, bringing another website this was published on doesn't prove anything (I don't know the website, but I'm guessing it's an Iranian new agency, so excuse me for not putting my trust in that either).

All of this doesn't change the fact you keep deflecting from - they claim they have evidence, yet the evidence is no where to be seen. If I were accusing someone of something and had evidence, I'd sure as hell use it.

so what are you getting at? do you have a personal vendetta against britain of something?

tbh, the iraqi army lying and spreading propaganda is more likely than britain helping isis. :>_>:

She is passively-aggressively trying to claim by publishing this that the west is responsible for ISIS and that they have no connection to Islam. That it's all just an American-Zionist plot to give Muslims a bad name.

Not at all, I'm asking why would the Iraqi Army and Defense ministers lie about a country helping them, there's a motive for everything

who knows I'm not part of the Iraqi Army, maybe they're lying, or maybe it wasn't meant for Isis like the last airports that they've been accidentally getting

Dude, you're just embarrassing yourself. You posted this with a clear agenda, like all of the threads you make, and now you claim "oh I don't know, maybe it's this and maybe it's not?" you ain't fooling anyone. I don't remember who it was that you gave the accurate definition of being exactly like PShell but on the other side of the political map.

About the video, I don't have the time to watch it now so I'm not gonna comment on that without knowing what it is. But from reading the description the video uploader posted is says "The Pentagon confirmed Wednesday that Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) fighters took possession of a stray bundle of U.S.-airdropped weapons and other supplies in the Syrian border town of Kobani earlier this week." So going from stray to you claiming "it was meant for ISIS" is a bit of an exaggeration.

Edit - nice little edit you had there, but not fast enough.

The more chaos, the more oil they can steal, which, remember, was the main objective of the Iraq war.

It's not a hard concept to grasp.

And judging from how ISIS practically knows nothing about Islam, I wouldn't be surprised if over half were foreigners funded by Israel/Western nations to further destroy the Middle East.

You know exactly what threads I'm talking about so don't play dumb. And you're the one who brought the video in to support your claim that this isn't the first time the West has provided help to ISIS. Then, you realized the video doesn't claim that at all, ran to edit your post and suddenly the video is "invalid". I call that hypocrisy.
