I know that you're totally not a workout person. You'd rather be lazy than tired, but i hope you do understand that your body functions better when you work out regularly. It all starts with the proper outfit -duh-. That doesn’t only makes you look good but also makes you feel confident to succeed in a good workout. At least that’s how it works for me
I recommend you wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move easily across, around and on the step.
