At the event, 3,000 fans cheered passionately as the members revealed their hopes for another meaningful date with their international fans in the near future. According to Fantagio, 5urprise members held a solo concert, '5urprise Beyond & Seo Kang Jun Fan Meeting in Thailand', for the groups's first single release, 'From My Heart'. Despite this being their first time in Thailand, thousands of fans swarmed the concert hall, eagerly waiting to see each member. 5urprise performed various hit numbers such as "Jump" from their latest album for their opening act and followed up with OST "Hey U Come On" and "How Deep is Your Love", capturing the hearts of fans with their sweet vocals. In addition to the performances, 5urprise prepared a special event for fans, who were able to go up on stage and reenact romantic scenes from popular romantic-comedy dramas with each member.A representative of PPTV stated that 5urprise had prepared various acts and segments for the fans, creating an unforgettable experience for them as well as the members themselves. 5urprise members also agreed with PPTV and expressed their gratitude towards the fans who attended their first ever fan meeting and concert in Thailand. They said, "It was our first visit to Thailand, but we were happy and thankful that so many of our fans welcomed us. We were touched by the support that we've received even though this is just the beginning. We hope to come back to meet our fans in Thailand after we've improved and progressed."
