Her lawyers said that she is pregnant and Kim Hyun Joong is the father and they have the relevant documents to prove it. They also denied Kim Hyun Joong's claims of her refusing to meet with him. She has kept in contact and met with his reps recently.

Pretty poor judgment from both parties for not utilizing contraceptives. I don't know if they revealed the woman' age as I don't care to delve into this issue but it appears both parties should be knowledgable on how to not get knocked up. And before anyone accuses me I am NOT blaming the woman - I blame both of them. Unless the conception of the fetus was forced than both people should have known they were not in the right time or place to conceive a child and therefore could have taken preventative measures. In any case: both people need to grow up. The world no longer revolves around them and they need to look to the birth of a child. I hope both of them use this time to grow up and mature. Or at the very least hope they both have smart, caring parents who will assume responsibility. The irresponsibility of the parents should not fall onto the shoulders of the child.
