Guava doesn't make its way into many recipes, just as it isn't found in many fruit bowls. But when it does, this pink-fleshed fruit makes it count.
But it's time for this to change because the guava fruit is responsible for some of the best pastries in the Caribbean.

It's not good to eat a lot of guava. It gives constipation.

And broccoli gives an awful lot of gas.

TMI, I know...

I still eat both those things, though. Haha!

Lmao

You can try this fruit salad http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Tangy-Poppy-Seed-Fruit-Salad/Detail.aspx?evt19=1&referringHubId=1122

Ascorbic acid is bad for your teeth.

Most of the recipes i included doesnt have only Vitamin C food. Also the most important rule in eating is "Eat the same amount of every food. The calorie math works great if you eat the same amount of food, if not then healthy will be unhealthy" :)

Also i recommend drinking water after having any food with Vitamin C
