@eyeless and @Hemlock: Haven't gotten a chance to listen to Chunin by Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku but they've always been tons of fun to listen to and rather unexpected and surprising with their releases. Remember Fragment mentioning that he had produced a few of their records off of the release. Most looking forward to hearing their cover of Taiso by Yellow Magic Orchestra. I'll probably give it a listen later tonight because there are a few releases that I'm trying to get through first.

i just finished listening to it. It's a fun and enjoyable album. Lots of energy, some nice harmonies, and some interesting sounds mixed in with the typical idol sound to separate themselves a bit.

I think Dancing Dolls might be new favorite Idol group!

I loved all three of their singles......also are Kamen Rider Girls idols

Kamen rider girls are equivalents of those anime voice actors that always sing songs for character osts or even the op and Ed of a series. I'm not sure how to describe them at all.

I'll definitely be looking into it later tonight. It's one of the few releases that I've been looking forward to because they are quite fun and unexpected when it comes to their music. Fragment has been working with them lately and is going to be releasing a 45 (Minute) mix of the album but I don't remember if it's on the regular or limited edition of the album. I've been meaning to look into their last two videos but they are quite difficult to find. They're pretty funny when it comes to their visuals. Glad to see that you enjoyed the album.

Always had a bit of trouble with Sony because they're always limiting their visuals and are only able to be seen in Japan. Thought Vid48 was mainly for The 48 Family but it's nice to see that there are so many other idols acts being posted. Been looking for their visuals for Kindan no Karma and Te Wo Tsunagou for quite sometime. Thanks Eyeless!

LOL so they are kinda like May'n....even tho she releases albums all her singles are tied in to anime/drama op /ed

Not really. May'n doesn't voice anyone and is more like a real artist.  May'n is pretty much in the same catagory as say... linked horizon who made the op for attack on titan

Kamen rider girls is more like those people from K-on, Haruhi Suzumiya, and other voice actors like eri kitamura, hirano aya, and etc who mostly sing songs specifically for a specific anime.

@Shino and @IceHism: May'n is an artist! She has quite a bit of control over the material that she releases throughout her career and has written and composed material in the past. May'n is only associated with releasing records that are often used as the opening or ending for other anime but she isn't an idol and doesn't have any association with them. Kamen Rider Girls are an idol group. Don't remember any of the members being voice actresses but I could be wrong. They essentially only imitate and reference characters that have been in the series but they're an idol group through and through. They are mainly themed after Kamen Rider's and provide quite a bit of the music heard in the series. This should clear up a few things in regards to both Kamen Rider Girls and May'n.

As far as male J-idol groups go, I've only been able to get into JE. I've listened to non-JE male idol groups, but they simply don't catch my attention.

Do the rest suck, or am I missing something?

BiS has released a cover of Suki Suki Daisuke by Jun Togawa. BiS are accompanied by Hijokaidan who are generally known for their more experimental and noise leanings. The partnership of BiS and Hijokaidan is oddly effective and works. It's much more interesting to see BiS covering Suki Suki Daisuke by Jun Togawa because she was originally the most off-beat and experimental idol who arguably lead the way for a group like BiS to exist. Bring on the noise! @eyeless: ã§ã‚“ã±çµ„.inc have done it again! They always keep me on my toes with their releases. Isn't Not Bochi...Natsu being used as the theme song for NyuruNyuru?

I'm not sure about NyuruNyuru theme song, I'll update if I find something. And that's a noise core from BiS ^^

It's nice to see BiS paying their respects and covering Jun Togawa because it's well suited to their strengths. Was quite surprised when I heard that they were going to be joined by Hijokaidan for the record because they're quite noisy and experimental but it works perfectly with BiS and their style. I've done a bit of research on Not Bochi...Natsu. It's being used as the theme song for Nyuru Nyuru!! Kakusen Kun (Anime). They exclusively released the single on July 8th but it appeared to be a I-Tunes exclusive release.

i've seen Dempagumi.inc's name quite a few times before on here but that video is the first time i heard a song from them. I gotta try to remember to check out their album (which i see they only have one) when i feel like moving on from Ebichu's album. I thought that blonde girl was Kyary at first

I normally like BiS but that song is too noisy for me...

The only male idol act i listen to is Kat-Tun so i can't help out there.
