Despite the ongoing legal battle between his former agency, SM Entertainment, Wu Yifan (Kris) proudly announces his upcoming endorsement campaign for milk brand,Naite.

Mengnui Dairy’s milk brand Naite initially announced the confirmation of their latest brand ambassador though Weibo saying, â€œDespite the regret of not being on CCTV’s New Year’s Gala, Naite believes in the abilities of Asia’s popular idol Wu Yifan. Today, Naite officially announces that Wu Yifan becomes the ambassador of Naite. Not only sharing the good taste of the milk to you who loves life, but also for Naite and fans. Let’s give unending support to Wu Yifan! #WuYifanendorsesNaite #WuYifanlovesdrinkinggoodtasteNaite.†

Two photos of the singer and actor endorsing the brand were also included in the update.

The post was also reported through Wu Yifan’s personal Weibo page which came with the caption saying, â€œThe good taste that I love, experience it yourself [shh].†

News of the endorsement were publicised despite the ongoing legal battle between Wu Yifan (Kris) and SM Entertainment for their allegedly illegal activities in China.

"Allegedly illegal activities"? I thought we already clarified that SM's only problem (on paper) was that Luhan's old pictures were used illegally. I don't think Kris was even a part of this, but SM's suggestive words brought him into the conflict. This seems like a new picture of Kris, soooooo I don't see what SM can say about it, unless the court didn't give Kris a temporary injunction to work in China.

psht, he knows that his fans and China would support him over SM.. using this situation to his advantage.

Had this been an underdog from an unknown company they would be smart enough to not go do something like this... because you know, it's a breach of contract and therefore illegal.

Oh look, WYF endorsing for a company that once again, is way bigger than SM

And like the others have said in this thread, the new lawsuits have nothing to do with him.

Last I checked, SM never gave any proof of their claims and hasn't sued him for "breach of contract" despite him already working for more than 9 months lmao.

Do you think these huge multi-billion dollar companies would even have him as an endorser if he was legally in the wrong or if it puts them in a vulnerable position to be sued? These companies have legal departments and huge lawyers on retainer, they would have checked that everything is alright before signing him.

l;Lol this whole SM and Kris thing has been going on for almost a year now. SM should just let it go and focus on their own stuff; this is only staining their reputation even more.

No, bc Krishan's popularity will be bad for SM's business in China.

Imagine any broadcast channel preferring Krishan over any SM's artists (especially the EXO's ones) or what actually happened any of them promoting a brand opposite to any SM's endorsements contracts (SM/Nature Republic while Luhan/cosmetic company in China) bc basically they're still under SM and Krishan's faces are still in some cfs (like Lotte's cfs).

Fans with a good zoomin their cellphones have noticed  that... Kris still uses his old autograph

Ok, I've talked about it in another thread. It's not the SAME autograph, it's ALMOST the same autograph

His currently autograph:

He kept "Kris" and added å‡¡ --- kris凡

Isnt this a milk ad? I think SM sued for skin care ad because it could interfer with their NR contract.

They sued KanS because of copyright infringement. Nothing more. Whatever else SM said in their statement were, well, lies.
