from what i know, some of the relevant bands of the 90s are/were L'arc, Luna Sea, Glay, B'z, Mr. Children, and X-japan and they've all performed at the dome...

If there's been a ton of drug users from before, it just probably means that this substance really has a huge impact on one's creativity.
Athletes who have been abusing substances have their titles and records stripped from them, right? They should do the same with these musicians. Everyone shouldn't recognize the works that they have made.

i only payed attention to Sugizo and Inoran from LS so i didnt know much about ryuichi...tho 2ch seem to think its either him or Imai more than hyde

According to some sites I frequent, it's either Luna Sea, X Japan, or L'Arc. I'm hoping it's not L'Arc since they already had a drug scandal.
