Seriously, who doesn't miss Atsuko Maeda, Tomomi Itano, Yuko Oshima, and everyone else?! When Takahashi Minami, Kojima Haruna and Minegishi Minami graduate, I don't think I'll be able to take it. When they were only less than 5 generations, things are more vibrant, it gives old members an advantage. Anyway, miss old generation? Not so much, only Oshima Yuko, she's my ultimate idol. AKB was pretty unknown in the past, older gen had a lot of struggles but struggles bring growth and they had to stand out to survive. And it's easy to look back and talk about the old gen members that were great but there are even more that I don't even know that ended up graduating early or just stayed in the back. New gen is here when AKB is popular but on decline, it's different. I do like a lot of new gen members for AKB though, my favorite team right now is 4, and I think I need to give them time to grow before I can fairly compare them to old gen during the golden age So I love old gen more (Yuko oshi) but I find it hard to compare?
