Hello :)

as the question states What does FREEDOM mean to you?

freedom for me is when i m not oppressed, not being owned, not having a price value over my shoulder (metaphorically speaking), not fearing death etc

what about you?

Freedom is the right of exercising free will, not being persecuted for your ideology, beliefs, religion, sexuality, race; freedom to me is very linked to democracy, it's being equal in opportunities to anyone while not being judged for who you are

The masses are complicit with oppression under the false pretense of "freedom" - are we truly as free as we perceive ourselves to be? I think not. However, true freedom cannot be achieved. I think what I perceive as freedom.. Is freedom of conscience.

I agree and disagree because i think true freedom can still be achieved if people were awake from this fake pretense but since a lot of of people are oppressed under the false pretense of "freedom" many of them if not all dont see the need to over exercise themselves (i think its called to think outside the box or something like that) they are so comfortable in this pretense, this illusion that it makes them probably uncomfortable if their thoughts and actions(or their freedom) are being questioned (they'll call people that do question and seek this freedom all sorts of different words, crazy, start excluding you etc and they ll try to take you back into that system)
