Kihyun wasn't up to my expectations in vocals but we have time for him to shine since this is debut . those fuckers are used to loud audio and that's STARSHIP for us, they want to use raw vocals instead of autotune and loud backup track. Shownu had a lot of lines. Wonho was the only one I've seen didn't have much lines. Nah, hyungwon had even less lines or the same amount. You should know from No.Mercy days Kihyun sucks at live with dancing lol. Jks not really, he has trouble with where to breathe etc. I just watched the ep with jooyoung performing with them, and the difference between and idol and a trainee was huge like omg. Edit: Shownu and Kihyun are the main vocals so duh. I think Minhyuk is lead vocal and wonho and hyungwon are just vocal ~I'm fine. Thank you and you? XD i was cringing LOLS it's so weird to see him rap fiercely on stage and then act like a cute baby offstage. zico's aegyo maybe they'll do aegyo to each other on SMTM - just kidding. that would be really weird actually.. lols hyungwon is like yoona? even though he's the visual though, i think jooheon is the face of MX, as in he will become like their most well known member, esp. since he's also appearing on SMTM4. i hope to see some more dancing skills from hyungwon tbh. he called himself a dancer... but even jooheon seems to dance better than him. sorry, i'm not hating on hyungwon. i just haven't seen his true potential yet though. dangg jooheon!! XDD he was so quick on the random play dance and shownu too -- like bosses Lool agreed, i like hyungwon more these days but his dancing is looking a little sloppy. Even church oppa Kihyun danced better. Dint hate me but he looks to be the worst dancer tbh, (they are all amazing, and hes not necisarrily the worst but because he is sloppy with his dancing, at least there the others seem better and more in sync) i love them all but i will kill myself if i get a hyungwon card, or minhyuk card. Mark Lee's Wifeu 799 Posted May 14, 2015 Share Posted May 14, 2015 yeah his dancing wasn't on point as much as it could be. maybe they will mention in an interview if any of them struggle with dancing. amazingly most of them are really good, obviously shownu and jooheon. IM and wonho are really good too and i think minhyuk doesn't struggle with dance. i'm not sure if they mentioned it on no.mercy but i remember or maybe my memory has gone awry, that kihyun struggles a little with dancing. but i hope to see hyungwon improve -- he also doesn't have much singing lines, though i liked his voice in his performance of "no diggity" on no.mercy. it was very charismatic. but i don't see that in the other songs. maybe it was because "no diggity" was a slower song? or in english? even in the same performance, i don't think his dance was very strong or charismatic tbh watch the mv on both channels! XDD Yeah, Kihyun does especially with his singing (the breathes doe) but even he didnt look out of place. Its like this; in BTS jin and rm are the worst dancers, but we hardly notice it anymore because the members are all in sync and our attention is drawn to the main focus/dancers in the center, so they look good as a whole. Everyone ekse was in sync but him, i noticed some parts where he didnt lift his arm and other members did, and parts where he wasnt in line like he should have been. Im not hating just saying he was off. What music show are they on today? When we watch that we can see whats up, maybe he was tired. At certain points he was on point thats for sure, maybe its the fugly ass hat. Kihyun must be a good dancer though cause he had a lot of dance solos in No exit, and he was in the center for the songs a lot (even when not singing) There's one in every grouo. They only had approximately 2 months to prepare their debut and that time span seems to be lacking compared to other group's debut or comeback. Just enjoy their music, we can't let one member down just because he didn't do much in this and that performance. Thank you I know this may not be directed at me, and i dont wanna come off sounding rude but you didnt read my full post. I said hes probably tired and he was good at some points etc, its constructive feedback anyways, i dont really care about the dancing. Its all about the music indeed but, dancing is a huge part of being an idol <3 that being said, they did have no time to prepare at all, and it is their debut showcase im not gonna act like they are performing at mama's or anything, they will improve as long as we fans support them i wont point out anything bad anymore anyways ~I'm fine.
