I don't go as much anymore so I don't really know any great places to visit sorry. If you're a basketball fan go see the Bulls play. yeongwonhi 1,416 Posted February 10, 2015 Share Posted February 10, 2015 the art institute sounds like a good idea. there are other museums, but school groups and families frequent to them a lot, so if that isn't your thing then don't go. :P if you can handle that, i basically love all of them since i've lived in illinois my entire life, but the museum of science and industry is my favorite. there is also the adler planetarium, shedd aquarium, and the field museum. navy pier is nice, but go in the summer. if you like to shop, you could go shop along the magnificent mile. the taste of chicago is also hosted during the summer, when it is much more fun to go outside and enjoy the city scenery.
