Workouts for busy people with less than 5 hours of sleep?

Dancing is definitely the funniest way to do it. You can lose 50 calories if you dance to 3 powerful songs. And they're only 3/4 minutes each, so it won't take long either. 

There's also the justdancenow app (if you have an iphone). It's easy. You can connect to the site of "justdancenow" and use your phone to play.

For PE class we had to keep track of our diet and reach a certain calorie + exercise count everyday but bc I'm also very busy with schoolwork + work + fangirling it was really hard.

 

What i did was I'd "exercise" during my reserved fangirl time.. while jamming to my faves I'd dance the choreo of the whole song as well. Around 6 songs nonstop is enough (roughly 30 mins) so it's like kpop fix + "exercise".

 

It's so much more exhausting than it sounds (esp w/ boy group songs) and I did this everyday and it did wonders.

I lose breathe during insanity when I don't sleep for a good 7-8 hours. It's a bad feeling.  :._.:

 

ah, so are you trying to replace insanity?

 

insanity would be very difficult to do with a restless body. have you tried weight lifting before? you could buy free weights and do reps here and there. if insanity is too much, there are plethora of small, quick exercises on youtube you could try
