I'm the manager of the year. I spent a lot of time working on it and finalizing it yesterday just to have my boss come in today and start crossing people off of the schedule and messing everything up. Not 20 minutes later he asks me why one worker is only working 2 days a week and I wasn't sure how to respond because she was only working two days a week because he crossed off two of her (originally) four shifts.
