Like I said, a bunch of mediaplay. And when these acts release albums, they'll sell even worse because gimmicks aren't attached to albums as much.

I don't really get why they "have to beat" the seniors.

So what if they're not in the same level as TVXQ? So what if they won't be able to match their status?

At least these groups work hard to promote Korean music outside of their country.

+ the article didn't say that they 'surpassed' these seniors who did well in Japan. I can't with how arrogant some of you are.

For me I'm just happy that my bias group is being well received in Japan.

The thing is though is that the public knows TVXQ, they know BoA, they know Kara, they know SNSD. Everyone else has little to no public recognition. It's just KPop fans. These companies want their idols to get that public recognition back.

Let's not get delusional and and drink the media play. Kpop is a nitch in Japan.

The sales of each of these artists mention tell you how they are doing. None of them have had singles do well digitially which reflects the public like. Also, the physical sales are really bad in comparison to what popular Japanese and Kpop groups sell, so there is not saltiness just people not drinking the media play kool aid.

Let's also remember the gimmicks used to inflate sales. Look at their sales and the number of people who actually bought the release is a fraction of that.
