~*~Welcome to The Ideal J-Pop Artist Face Off!~*~

It's been nearly a year since I started doing the J-Pop Artist of the Week threads and for fun, they will now face off against each other to determine which is the best out of all of them.

This will also help me determine which type artists to go forward with in the future, but mostly it's just for fun.

All you have to do is vote for your favorites!

It's okay if you don't know them. You can still participate because you're free to decide which is the best however you like. Be biased or be unbiased. Base your vote on music, live performance ability, or don't do either and just base it off of looks. it's up to you!

The pairings for this first round will be switched out every two days for brand new ones, so make sure to vote and then check back! There are 64 artists and 32 pairs total. All pairings are completely random.

(Thanks to Krunchii for suggesting the idea!)

Wouldn't have expected Dream and Flower to go against each other but it's a suited match. Flower definitely have mature and more emotional material that catches my attention but they lack variety and quite a bit of their material has been way to reminiscent of their earlier releases. Dream have much more history and variety as a group. They've been releasing incredible material since their debut even though they've gone through so many changes in members and sound. Hands Up! is probably one of my favorite releases from a girl group and Dream were so on point during that era. Don't care much for their recent material especially the last few singles but I have faith that they'll be able to return to releasing stronger material. Dream!
