I was praying that there won't be a comment like this, but of course....... *sigh*

The example of 'nila setitik, rusak susu sebelanga' >|

Technically they do (Sungjong may be on par with them though, but Sungyeol still has a lot to work on, he's still the weakest link of the bunch - he's much improved compared to debut days, but the others have improved as well) and if it wasn't for Myungsoo's improvements within the last couple of years, they'd probably add him there as well.

(Woollim probably should have pushed Sungyeol into rapping instead of singing, because Sungyeol definitely had potential in it and probably would have been a lot more comfortable with it than singing. Even now, he's still uncomfortable with ballad type songs and while he can deliver his lines and do them well enough, he still has a lot to work on, like being able to project more. But at the end of the day, Sungyeol is still regarded as Infinite's best actor, so at least he is known to have that for the most part.)

Because they did that I have shown a blind eye. Because at least they know. If they would have not I would have arrases woollim until they give out a proper apology. I'm waiting to be sure they don't wear it in the live.

Also I'm not sure why Korean think it's cool all of sudden but the only celebrity to wear a confederation flag I know is Kany west and he got called out for it. + he is black so it do not apply.

Using this flag to much could easily make american news and thrust me, nobody want that.

I'm so proud right now  :rlytearpls:

But close one :hoplz:

Nah, Zico's latest MV had something with the Confederate Flag in it (and Jay Park was in the MV as well... Who is from America and should have realized something was wrong) and he didn't get much flack from it. Yes, he got some flak from the international fandom, but overall, it didn't really make many headlines for that... So for Woollim to realize it and try to correct it is a lot better than what has been done in the past with that type of thing.

And if anything, the flag is also considered the 'Rebel flag,' so for all anyone knows, Koreans may think it's cool because of that reason and decided to use it. There is also the fact that a lot of southerners have been wearing things with the Confederate Flag on it for a while, despite the meaning. And when you add Kanye West (and a couple of Country stars... though I don't think many Koreans listen to Country) wearing stuff with the Confederate flag on it, despite being ridiculed for it, I seriously doubt Koreans are getting all the backlash media that follows that type of stuff. So you can't really blame them for being ignorant when you actually have people, Americans at that, wearing Confederate flag clothing and idols like Kanye West wearing it, despite the backlash. And it's not like the Civil War is taught in many non-American schools and if it is, it's glossed over to the point that no one would know about the Confederate flag and its meaning in the first place.

To make a comparison, it's like the many international kpoppers that don't know jack about Korea's and Japan's history, but then they think it's completely wrong for Korea to have the relationship that they do with Japan because they don't understand or realize how terrible Japanese rule was in Korea and how it's barely been half a century since things ended. Most international fans aren't taught that type of stuff in history and if they are, it's extremely glossed over, just like how the Civil War is for non-American countries. You could apply the same thinking for other historical events that have happened from other countries that aren't taught in world history classes and how there are probably many Americans that have no idea about those events or if they do, it's very minimal because they just aren't taught how terrible some of those events are. The world as a whole is ignorant to many things and America isn't above that type of thinking.
