Because in 2013 Woollim was merged with S.M. Entertainment's subsidiary S.M. Culture & Contents (S.M. C&C) to create an independent label under S.M. C&C. They're like cousins, idk. 

Due to this at the opening of SM coex artium Lovelyz were present.
