Article: [Exclusive] SBS Inkigayo's 800th episode to feature nineties artists... the second Totoga?

Source: Everyday Econ via Naver

1. [+1,972, -36] Everyone's copying Totoga now..

2. [+1,622, -33] Another Totoga copy...?

3. [+1,542, -29] Everyone's trying to hop on the train now

4. [+1,407, -29] Copy cats....!!!!!

5. [+435, -10] It'll be fine if they keep the original nineties singers... but if they take a few members and stick idol collabs with them, it'll be boring...

6. [+156, -6] Like they ever cared about nineties singers before Totoga.

7. [+124, -9] They can copy it but they won't have the same effect Totoga did. They'll just be compared to Totoga which doesn't work in their favor since Totoga went above and beyond normal music programs.

8. [+96, -2] The rookies are going to be so busy bowing to everyone that day

when don't any of these broadcasters not copy each other? lol. I have noticed recently on korean tv shows, they're using a lot of old school kpop songs as the bg songs. Definitely more than they use to before 'totoga'. I mean in the end.... I don't mind because I enjoy 90s kpop music so I get to see them perform and they get to relive their glory days and get paid for it. Win - win all around.

Also it seems shinhwa and turbo have confirmed to be in this special and that alone makes this special already a hit.

It's a special event so it's ok to bring in some legends but I'm not excited about all the "hurr the old singers are so much better, everything sucks today" comments  that are bound to come, netizens can be such nostalgiafags sometimes.
