Clara reps, "She sent those pictures to him which were already on SNS and in the media just to check in with him. Polaris did not assign Clara a manager when she first joined the agency. The CEO said that he would act as her manager and Clara sent her those pictures as a routine of checking in with her manager. Clara worked with her previous managers in such a manner as well. She didn't send the CEO only provocative pictures.

The conversations took place in June at the time her contract was just beginning so of course they had a good relationship. The point of this lawsuit, however, is the contract termination, but Polaris is centering the attention on provocative matters."

Oh my gosh. Reading through that on the text messages was so depressing and seeing it again even more so. How cruel she was with him for that and especially when she had staff the whole time to help her with these things. She's digging her own grave here. 

 

 

 

Not to be rude, but I don't understand why she has to go to the funerals of people she didn't care about or wasn't related too.

 

They're her label mates. It's only the polite thing to do to show your respect for people who are "family." Even people who had no sort of ties showed up (like Junsu).

honestly can't get over the funeral thing and I don't blame netizens for fixating on it either. what was so important that she couldn't attend but extremely busy idols like Junsu and SuJu took the time out of their schedules to turn up? what does Clara even do on a daily basis?

Not to be rude, but I don't understand why she has to go to a funerals of people she didn't care about or wasn't related too.

I sorta get what your saying but they were under the same company. People who weren't even in the company or really didn't know them took the time to go to their funeral. On top of that she said she didn't really care. At least show some respect.

Besides it being Korea, where culture is super important which is why some people who didn't even know Ladies Code went to the funeral, they were both from the same company. Even if she didn't meet them once in the time she was with the company, it's almost a requirement to show up at the funeral because you were linked.

 

Like the CEO said in his texts "Korea was mourning Rise and EunB, not just their family"

Isn't it possible that the CEO used his position to put her in a situation where she needed to be compliant with him ?  Then he only posts the SNS after the fact where she is complying out of fear.   It would be very devious if he also included information during the SNS texts where he was pressuring her/sexually harrassing her that would be damaging to her as an insurance so that she wouldn't make them public.

it's just showing basic respect for work colleagues, because they're people who indirectly benefit you by helping the company you also work for. it comes off as extremely uncaring and rude to not bother to attend, especially to not even give a legitimate excuse. she's never going to see either of them again, she could have at least taken one hour of her life to see them off

it's certainly possible, but with her reputation it's not looking likely.
