Why do they keep mentioning Ahn Jae Hyun?? What did he do

 

He is a bad actor lol. No for real, he was a model and from what I read, his first role ever was in Man From Another Star so imagine the huuge opportunity as a "rookie actor". Whatever, his follow up projects were You Are All Surrounded and Fashion King. Based on the acting review for the latter, he is really considered as bad or at least, really mediocre. I have watched MFAS and he was stiff but it wasn't big deal because his character was adorable as a E.T.'s lover and CSY's little brother and more importantly, who cares when you have Jun Ji Hyun and Kim Soo Hyun LOL. But yeah', it was more obvious in YAAS. I just watched the first few episodes but his portrayal is blank/lifeless. I haven't watched FK but from what I read he didn't improve at all so yeah', someone like him getting a lead role especially against Ji Jin Hee who is considered as one of Korea's finest and most talented actors ? YEAP  :donthinkso:

 

Overall, it is such a WTF from the production team because from what I read, it is the same that Good Doctor, the one which had Joo Won so yeah. Some sites like koalasplayground mentionned that it wasn't the "a rookie getting a lead role so quickly" that is bothering but it is the fact that so far, he didn't show any improvement in his acting skills. Plus, he doesn't have the charisma and aura of a lead actor so how he is going to play that character ? Look-wise though, he does look like a vampire but yeah', overall, there are more worries than expectations for him.

Not being too negative though. He may have improved and PDs might have seen him (MAYBE) but yeah', it is not an unusual or senseless hate from Knetz this time so I can understand their reactions :)

First Choi Denial, then Ji Jinhee, then Lee Sangyoon were risking their career for Goo Hyesun. Now Ji Jinhee again and Ahn Jaehyun?

Goo Hyesun can't get success unless she is surrounded by a bunch of flower boys actors.

But when she does, she will get Success.

Naeil's Cantabile would have been a success if Goo Hyesun was the lead.

From the plot and cast its meant for export. Ahn Jae Hyun is really popular nowadays. How can Ji Jin Hee be the lead tho, that character dont fit him. They couldve cast Lee Jong Suk, Kim Woobin or someone young and pale white skin instead. Well I like Ahn Jae Hyun so i dont really mind

You can check on some sites but to summarize quickly, it is about a vampire doctor who fights on a weekly basis his urge to drink blood. I don't remember Goo Hye Sun's role but I guess she is his romantic interest and thanks to her, he is going to be in ease with himself or whatever it means. Jin Ji Hee's character is an antagonist. I don't remember if he is a vampire but he looks like a nice guy but deep inside, he is cold and has a lot of ambition.

I don't know if I am going to watch it though. Y'know, have they casted someone better, I would have checked it out, like Kill Me Heal Me when they casted Ji Sung and Hwang Jung Eum but this one just looks like a big mess. Why did Jin Ji Hee agreed to be part of it is beyond me XD. But yeah', good luck to fans or ones anticipating it :)
