Orange, red, and blue green this time. Junsu’s hair color is always colorful. But, if you listen to his words attentively, you could know it’s not because of only his style or dressing up. He told ‘Being easy can be poison as he has the limit to appear on TV music programs’. Is it only applied to his looks? From each song of his new album to his various tour concert.. He always devotes his energy to be new and various.

Last Saturday, Kim Junsu had ‘2015 XIA 3rd Asia Tour Concert in Bangkok-FLOWER’ at Thunder Dome in Bangkok and met his local fans. Before his concert, he held a press conference and told about his stories and feelings about his Asia Tour and Thai concert. He also told about his feeling-the circumstances that he has the limit to appear on TV.

The keywords are ‘newness’ and ‘variety’. He always tried to do his best to fill with new and various songs in his album. His 3rd solo album ‘FLOWER’ released in March 3 is also filled with more 10 new songs. Surely, there are many songs different kinds of genre and various music styles. It’s all for his concert.

- I’m just so grateful for being a nominee.. I could know it because the officer of my agency told me. If think positively… may I feel happy? Honestly, I feel complicated. Thinking positively, I think I can release my solo album continuously(smile). I think it’s not something special.

I don’t want any special treatment. I just want to sing and get the result on equal terms. I feel something lacking but, because of that, I can focus on my concert more. Meanwhile, I could have some distinctive know-hows more than others and I think, it became my advantages.

 

– If you can appear on TV music programs..
If I can appear on TV, I think I’ll follow the trend unavoidably. But I think it’ll be a bit easier than now. If I can do it, I think I can show many different performances with just one song. I think I can appeal for singing live or performances to people. But now, if I don’t have concerts, music video is the only way to show me but.. even the fans can’t often watch it on TV now. To me, the biggest poison is ‘being easy’ so I consider much about it. I talk with my agent a lot about keeping the proper line in being easy. If I can have many chances to show, I think I can show many things in different ways even though I do a trendy music.

The title of his Asia tour is ‘2015 XIA 3rd Asia Tour Concert ‘FLOWERâ€.
As the title showed, this concert is for his new album. For this reason, the set-list of this tour was filled with the songs in his new album. It’s different from other singers who mainly show the hit songs of their older albums in the concert.
He told.. it’s a bit affected by the circumstances that he has the limit to appear on TV.
It’s the only way to show the fans his new album so he can’t help organizing his new songs mainly. ​

I composed the album list in order from the beginning to end like water flows. It has a narrative. Some artists put a good song on the 5, but I didn’t. I just hope that fans listen to my album from the beginning to end.

 

– about the message that you want to tell to fans through this tour..
Please, watch the stage of my title ‘FLOWER’. It’s because the lyrics of this song implicitly have a message that I want to tell to my fans. It seems to be like my story.. and it can be interpreted in various ways on each individual’s viewpoint. Flowers can’t always bloom. They are trying to bloom or they are picked before they bloom, like some teenagers. But, meanwhile, always try to do our best… and it also has the meaning to wait the chance. If the audiences can feel the message that I want to tell through this song, I think this tour has been a half success at least.

 

– about your 3rd Asia tour..
When I have concerts, I still feel nervous and worry that my fans forgot about me. But many fans always come to my concert. To me, it’s like a miracle although I haven’t appeared on TV. Many fans’ supports that I can meet in the concert become a motive that I can prepare the next album and concert. I’ll sing harder and make a return for their supports.
“I always try to fill songs new and various kind of genre in the album. It’s because I always make the album for concerts, not for the appearance on TV. I can’t show them my performances on TV so I have to hold concerts. 
Some fans who want to listen to my other songs felt a sense of frustration but I think they can feel fresher as they listen to my new songs. 
If I think about the only profitability, it’ll be more reasonable to add a few new songs on the hit songs in my older albums. But I chose the way more difficult because I think concerts are the only way to show my appreciation to my fans. I’ll never betray the fans who trust my performances and pay high prices for my concert. 
Many fans’ supports that I can meet in the concert become a motive that I can prepare the next album and concert. The concert tour is left about the half. But I feel always the same even at the beginning or now. I try to do my best for every concert.â€â€‹
