tl;dr: Police are only investigating ONE out of the four accounts of assault that A claimed happened because the other three do not have enough evidence to prove it was Kim Hyun Joong. The one being investigated is the one Kim Hyun Joong testified to there being "one light physical fight" between BOTH parties that occurred at their break up (which the translated version leaves out but is included in the Korean documents).

Edit: I am not defending his ass but if someone hits you it doesn't mean it's abuse it really depends on the situation. Hitting someone can be taken in various ways, but it's not necessarily abuse, in this case it is.

Not really, the physical abuse did happened at least twice. KHJ and agency admitted it in two separate occasion.

If you say hitting is abuse then jokingly hitting someone if you're both laughing is also abuse right? That's if we go by your definition of abuse, if hitting is involved it's immediately abuse right?
