toshi 1,466 Posted January 16, 2015 Share Posted January 16, 2015 I've been doing a bit of research online and I can find plenty of websites like Peta who are looking for people to sign petitions etc to get China to ban skinning animals alive for their skin and fur, but I'm wondering if anyone can answer my question for me please as I can't find much online. How close are we to getting the ban in China on skinning animals for skin/fur etc and testing on them for cosmetics? There seems to be lots of new videos of something inhumane happening over their but we don't seem to be getting closer to getting the ban. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
blablabla 2,749 Posted January 16, 2015 Share Posted January 16, 2015 Honestly, I don't think any organization\however many petitions have the power to influence Chinese legislation. Very few countries give in to such protests and they usually do so when they have more to lose than to benefit by keeping the old laws.
