1. [+163, -40] I like the idea of a K-Pop cluster instead of that SMTOWN artium that's basically using its name to sell products to overseas fans. Yang Hyun Suk is iffy on other things but he's got the ideas for things like this.

2. [+111, -8] Damn, all those new jobs they created

3. [+97, -9] I like that they opened up 600 new job opportunities. They're really going big with this 100 billion won investment, aren't they. Jjang!

4. [+94, -12] Amazing of Yang CEO, had no idea YG was this big ã…‹

5. [+79, -11] ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ 100 billion won, that's a lot of money!!!

6. [+34, -5] I live in Uijungbu, it's a good choice. Quiet but close to Seoul.

7. [+33, -8] It's not like SM where YG's creating their own YG store They're investing in a K-Pop cluster which is basically an advanced concert hall. Once its built, it's not only YG that will be using it but for all K-Pop purposes. I like that it's also creating new jobs.

Good move YG. People are finally praising you.

I like how he's promoting KPOP as a whole.

why does they always have to mention and compare with SM :unimpressed:

Bias, seeing how they all don't mention that SM is already doing something similar including plans to construct a concert arena.

Nice of YG to invest in further infrastructure and opportunities for the market to expand.

what is it ?

"The K-POP cluster is expected to be completed in 2018 and will have 5 intimate theatre venues, a center to experience Asian popular music, as well as a hotel, studio, fashion and beauty shops, and recreational centers."

I would imagine that companies wanting to use YG's "K-Pop Cluster" facilities would have to do something for him/them. Nothing is free in this world.

Well, obviously they're going to have to pay rental fees & other service fees

I just hope they are strong enough to make it happen successfully.  Some people will try to knock them down even more to prevent them from growing in power so I predict some more scandals for YG artists before that time.  They will try to attack their image as much as they can so that this venture isn't successful but I hope those attacks fail.  I appreciate the fact that his facility will be open to all kpop acts and won't just be a platform for only YG artists.
