For me asking the girl if it's okay to be hugged just shows how they respect the culture.. but if they just hugged her mindlessly during the event we can say that they are really at fault.. B1a4 should have learn more about Malaysia culture before performing there. Despite the girls giving consent, they shouldnt have done that since they are in the muslim country.They are quite famous , they should have known that this thing will attract media attention. The organizer also at fault for making that games when they kind of knew how the situation at Malaysia were and the fans of course for not knowing their limits as a muslim. its everyone fault. Asking the girls for consent aren't enough . Those girls are underage i think . Even an adult can lose control of themself once they meet something they love so why would not the underage?
