Cultural break: In Korea, it's customary for guests at weddings or funerals to give money as a gift to the couple/families to help offset some of the costs of the event and to show your respect. Unless you're close friends, you're usually only required to pay as much as your meal at the buffet would cost. $50 is usually the bare minimum, and anything less is seen as disrespectful. It's also rude to gift a couple in even number amounts because even numbers mean a match has already been made whereas gifting in odd numbers gives the couple a chance to become whole together.

So much social pressure in South Korea. People can come to my wedding and not give a present and I will not give a fuck. i also will not be serving them $100 a plate meals though lol....

Doesn't she gets lot of crap for being a bad actress or something and have lukewarm popularity? I seen knetz worried about hearing her doing reply, tho reception was good when it aired i guess...she got more popular after reply but i don't think she's THAT popular but it just depend on his standards of a "top star" *shrug*
