a lot of the times videos get taken down for "copyright" when it's actually bs so i wouldn't be too concerned about this

It'll probably be fairly easy to resolve. Anticipating the drama from it though.

There's similarity, but this is not enough for people assume they are copying their work... EXO logo is that form, plus is not like that guy was the first to do it, because he was not. 

 

Anyone that works with graphic design and 3D could do a work like that. 

 

SM will do something about this. Or I hope so.

 

Nowadays people like to claim copyright for a lot of things, and most are not even a real copy.

lel the first image doesnt look similar at all and the second one the only similarity is that is a 12 point star but thats about it, the one in the exo teaser is clearly making more references to hexagons by having one in the middle and another more subtle in exterior of the fade point star
