I think it's because Peniel is a totally different person when he's allowed to speak English freely. In Korean, he's quiet, keeps to himself (especially during their debut years) and doesn't do much. In English, he's energetic, talkative, a total goofball and a lot more at ease. I think to form an actual opinion of him, you have to watch him interact in English. does he have lisp? his voice is so nice on the ears!!! Thank you!!! People always argue with me about his lisp, saying it's just his accent. He has a pretty significant lisp and I think that's the major reason why he doesn't sing more. He rarely sings (it may also be because the vocal line is already very competent).
