This year I'm still poor. Damn. that's for an all-access pass, which no one except industry insiders get. everyone else just shows up and waits in line, and pays the cover charge for the bar they're playing at, which is considerable less than $750 lol. a friend of mine volunteers at SXSW every year so he always goes to korean night and that's how it works. Kpop night was in the wee hours last times, but eventually they'll get the schedule up on the website for each of the artists and you'll be able to find out exactly when.
