Jjong told everyone the MV was gonna be released in 2 hours, and then SM told him it wasn't gonna be released so he had to go on twitter and say aaah sorry I got you all exicted it's not gonna happen. Then he kept tweeting, gettig everyone excited and after midnight they suddenly released the MV. It was probably released earlier than planned cuz Jonghyun couldn't calm his tits so the PR team probably made a mistake. Because they're gonna be promoting together too as far as I know. Doesn't make sense tbh, they made a big deal about the features' reveals and all their names are in the medley, that's more attention than any SM feature got.
