 I'll say there are a handful of decent rappers in Korea but they are very rare. This bobby kid however, is a joke. This guy in particular, got popular from a performance on a hip hop version of american idol called "Show me the money". I don't think he particularly knows much about hip hop, he kind of just decided to do it on a whim

The first rapper, Bobby is the only one with potential. He's from America too. He has that voice you want in a rapper, Husky and deep rapping voice. Anyways obviously their rapping isn't par with the rappers in America but they are just as good performers if not better. A lot of the rappers in America sounds terrible live whereas Koreans focus heavily on live performance.
