I know a girl who actually went to a Korean language summer school in Seoul just to meet a Korean guy. hallah 8,441 Posted January 3, 2015 Share Posted January 3, 2015 the ones who interject korean into their sentences are p. bad... esp. when it's not even real words, but things like "aigoooo" or "aisshh." i mean, if they're actively learning korean, i think that's okay and that's even what you're supposed to do, but if you have no interest in learning the language and you're just interjecting it into sentences as a fad ......... eh. also the ones who think kpop is the pinnacle of good taste and better than western music. and the ones who act like SISTAR, girl's day, AOA etc. are impure sluts who are destroying the purity of kpop music because they wear tank tops and hot pants. that being said though, i think it's mostly teenagers and young adults who are awkward af and trying to find a place to fit in, and they'll eventually grow out of it with age. I only use korean honorifics when I'm speaking korean (which mine is still pretty bad) or when I'm talking to a few korean friends of mine and they insist on me using more korean than english so I can learn faster.
