Even though I said her face didn't suit the role/character, that's not the only thing that should be used to judge an actress/actor. IMO, these fans are rude and people who purely judge on looks for actresses/actors are rude. Actors/actresses have a job to portray their characters well (ugly or pretty look, body language, facial expression, delivering speech etc) not to change the characters looks so they themselves can look good.
