What are your fave abs unveilings on Weekly Idol?

I have recently noticed that the hosts in Weekly idol have a thing for abs and make idols show their abs, I was wondering what have been your fave abs showing??

Abs unveiling on broadcast usually suck. 

 

Some idols are out shape when they unveil, some only partially show off 

 

I'll take teaser pics, pictorials, or selcas/gym photos any day of the week over unveilings on broadcast

what's the difference between on stage, shoots and live broadcast??

I just realized that I have varely watched Boy groups Weekly Idol eps LOL so far the only abs I have seen there are Seungyoon's ones and I wasn't  very impressed

when its live you can see the "deleted" scenes if you will and you can see the sweat glisten.
