I'd like to think that if someone has a great personality and we go together well and stuff, then I wouldn't reject him just because their looks might not be my ideal. Unless you're talking about a purely lust-based relation/situation. The probably yes. If they were underweight from anorexia, for example, then I probably wouldn't date them unless they were at least getting help and recovering. I'd rather support them through their recovery as a friend and then date them once they got back on a healthier path and had stuck to that path for awhile.
