well,after all they've been going on nostop for 3 years :/ n it was already said that some members were in critical health condition,its just been few month since BAP got out of TS grasp,i think it may take a while for them to recover from all that happened and same goes for their health....what TS did was some serious shit,i just hope Yongguk's health is in better condition than it was before....

Yeah, they were all stressed and exhausted. Totally drained faces and stuff... It takes a while to recover 

its sad,i think some people dont realize that traveling 24/7 and having 5 concerts a week during their World Tours is pretty much sick. TS CEO must be some hell of retarded psychopath to treat them like this since this is pretty much like slavery....dragging members out of ER? horrible. At Least Dae looks somewhat better but he still looks pretty skinny,Himchan looks so-so,Yongguk....well....others look a bit better as well,i just seriously hope they'll be back to their old selves by the end of this lawsuit

I know you're new, that's why I wanted to tell you that Yongguk not taking care of his health is nothing new in Baby fandom... That doesn't mean we don't care. Completely the opposite. You'll always see people tweeting him ''Eat more'', ''Go to bed, you look tired''..etc. . Even Himchan said he's worried about it.. That's just ..Yongguk.. sighs..

doubt it lol,the interview who revealed that bap has big chance to win lawsuit actually interviewed the representative of TS n they pretty much had no proof at all,why do u think TS keeps on dragging this? because they themselves know the game is over,they kept on dragging it for a while but it wont last forever,they'll have to face it eventually (in this case on March 13th)

i feel like yongguk has been getting thinner for a while now actually. i think after the japanese version of warrior was released, sometime around then? yongguk seemed to look more slim. even if he is getting thinner, i just hope he's healthy...

Well finally they decided to do it..but can't help but feel a bit suspicious and anxious about it...they had enough time to possibly make up something

not really,just not long time ago someone interviewed TS representative and apparently they lack evidences. when it comes to money and account orders u cant make up anything,you're pretty much screwed if u dont have it in order since begining.

Who the fuck would care if he is, anyway?  He's the one with credits to stuff, he's entitled to royalties and the others aren't.  That they aren't being paid fairly overall doesn't change that.  And even when Sunhwa was the only one getting outside work in Secret and was splitting her income with the other members I'm pretty sure Zinger didn't have to share her royalties (as part of the contract) anyway.

 

(Or is the rumor that Yongguk was getting paid properly and the other members weren't?  Pfft, why would anyone think they had proof of that anyway?)

 

Who know if the rep is telling the truth.  Also I've been wondering what the optimal outcome for TS is.  The worst already happened when b.a.p lawyered up; things can't really get much worse for the company as long as they don't lose the lawsuit.  (See: Stardom won but wound up "letting go" of BlockB anyway, but EvoL/ToppDogg aren't getting much boost to their careers for being/having been in the same company as Block B even if ChoPD's the same person that put the groups together.)  Secret's careers are already insulated from all this, whereas the ppl who will look past b.a.p/ts for sonamoo have probably already done so or can eventually be convinced.  I don't think it hurts them to drag this out even if they know they can win.  It will wear down on b.a.p's spirits and b.a.p's lawyers can't prepare rebuttal for things they don't know about.  If b.a.p lose they will be obligated to work out the remainder of their contract however they feel about the ppl in charge of the company.  It's also not like they hate everyone in the company, probably especially not the ppl they directly work with, so they will still be able to work.

 

Although, mostly I think it's probably true that they don't have receipts.  If they had receipts than they should have been able to show them to b.a.p and they wouldn't have filed on these grounds in the first place.  OTOH they really might have been able to doctor the books after 3-4 months....

 

nah. what would be point of hiding the fact that u have receipts? thats totally dumb,they could've avoided the lawsuit and just showed bap all their accounts and where their oney went. but its well known that the 1.5mil$ went to CEO's pockets,you cant have anything for that. anyways,if TS really win (which will be absolutely shady and dumb) and bap would end up there again,they may experience living hell. u bet TS wont just let it slip that they filed lawsuit against them,they may overwork them 2x more or god knows what they would do,we all know TS CEO is anything but sane when he made his group travel 24/7 and do concerts every other week,heck even dragged the members out of ER when their health was in critical condition. 

Anyways,if TS really did have evidence,they wouldnt be asked by court to send in another statement. Court is not something to be taken lightly,and i bet that even idiot like TS is knows this. lets see how this all will turn out tho,just two weeks n half till the trial,maybe we'll get to know even more of TS shady secrets.

Well, they would lose their precious money then. Of course they will keep denying everything... as long as they can. With every evidence possible. I think the trial will last for 2 years of so... TS rep will probably force a lot of postponements.

Well...I can't wait to see the ending of this shit...and I'm saying this despite which side will win it's too damn stressful but obvsly not for ts since they're pretending to be too busy to respond and finally finish this...I'm thinking about the money they are spending on lawyers trying to make up scenario which would turn things in their favour...we're talking about businessman going against six people here...

Hm, I doubt it... well, myname's company could probably use a group as relatively successful as b.a.p is, but overall I think it would be kind of bad for myname even if some Babyz pay more attention to them as a result.

 

tbh i doubt bap will join any other idol company after all of this happened to them.....i think they pretty much got the idea that every company is same ...you know...trust issues...

 

besides,MyName's company is associated with TS i think,since PLAY are also backup dancers for myname

oh i thought it got postponed bc of TS but its actually bc of the personnel change like they said before...i actually expected it to be delayed for at least a month or so,but only 3 days? thank god....anyways,will it affect the date if TS still wont send in a more detailed statement ? i mean,they did already send one,its pretty much their fault they cant back up their asses if they lack proofs right? so why is the court even giving them chance to send in /more/ detailed statement?   it can be all revealed at the trial cant it.....

 

sorry,its pretty confusing for me since i have no idea how things like this work
