Yup, I've just emailed the organizers about merchandise, I WANT THAT HOODIE......... I heard for LOE HK, it wasn't even 15 minutes when the merchandise line was opened that all the hoodies were sold out  ........ You'd think TS would know by now to stock up...

 

Gonna need to find a friendly youngster to help this ahjumma buy it (line up ) for me, but you know how it is for concerts, every baby for herself/himself 

Man, we didn't even get hoodies in USA. lol Merchandise was sold but everyone ran to get a good spot for the concert lol

 

I know what you mean, it was a n all out war for me to get just one ticket to see B.A.P lol

 

Once I got on the line it was even worse because this one over bearing complaining baby thought I skipped lmao and she had her minions backing her lmao but I shut all them up with a few words of "encouragement"

Okie, instead of finding myself some nice youngsters to help me line up for the presales of the ticket, the 2 youngsters I happened to ask for help, in turn asked me for help in helping them buy tickets online since they had other commitments during the week   .... LOL , so now I have the job of buying 3 tickets online... 

I've been looking at the layout, it seems the view from the 2nd and 3rd floor isnt so bad, as long as its not the last few rows

 

 

***EDIT: OK THE LOCAL FANBASE HERE is collecting orders for the cat 1 sales, they blocked off 200 seats just for the fanbase, I just sent in my order form, here's hoping I can get CAT 1

I just went to check why too lmaooo, apparently in the $231 Nuest package, You'll get a Cat 1 ticket, a high touch, an autograph session and an individual photo...

But their cheapest price is $33 SGD though as opposed to BAP's cheapest which is $108 SGD , so yup TS is the bigger money sucker in this case 

lmao so much for the help. Now you have more responsibilities.  

 

Yeah the view up top looks pretty good because it is slightly in the middle of the place with the  structure. I still want you to be in the front though.

 

I have a feeling you'll get your pre order from the fanbase.

I wonder what venue they used?  Maybe a different one, the tickets must be somewhat venue-dependent and it does look kind of swanky.  Someone told me the view from the "mezzanine" in the NYC venue was not exactly amazing. XD

I don't know what irritates me more, though, knowing that there's this person out there or knowing that a large chunk of fandom will basically accept any half-assed characterization as long as the characters are named Yongguk and Daehyun (or whatever).  It's not like they tweak the characterization in the fics they steal at all.  Forever traumatized by the fic that was repurposed from http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5810085/1/Blackmail, where BYG was supposed to be the perky, immature Nowaki character.

Lol, so in comparison I think most of the Asian stops have high ticket prices...

Like for the highest price :   Singapore $188 ($150USD) , Taiwan 4800TW ($160USD)   , Hong kong 1000HKD ($160USD) ...

Lowest Price  :                      Singapore $108 ($85 USD) , Taiwan 2000TW ($67 USD) ,    Hong Kong 800HKD ($103 USD)

With hong kong being the most "expensive" 

 

While Korea and Japan have a one ticket price for all seats if I'm not wrong....

Yeeeeah... I can't believe SMTown tickets and Big Bang or whatever cost so much, but I guess it's because it's really long.  I wouldn't think a group like b.a.p should be able to charge multiple hundreds of dollars... Massive Attack was like under $50 at Terminal 5.  Who knows, American kpop fans might really turn out to be gluttons for punishment or something. XD

 

American K pop fans would of payed how ever much those tickets costed lol When we thought the tickets were all gone and unavaible people rushed to a third party site and payed $300 for $115, $80 dollar tickes! cray cray! We shuldnt be punished lol

Yup , set list is long for those concerts (30 songs and above), plus both of these groups have extensive stage setups and props, which would be needed to be factored in the cost too...

And usually Smtown and YG brings alot of back dancers for the concerts , plus their whole makeup/stylists ensemble..

Ticket prices are meant to cover the cost of their Airfare (if it isnt sponsored) and Hotel fees , plus the stage setup /lighting...

 

 

I've seen like some young Singapore babyz saying its so cheap $188 for Cat 1, and I'm like " You do realize they're only performing for 1 and half hour, plus there's a maximum of 4 costume changes only, no fireworks , no snazzy lightings, no props, and only 6 backup dancers, if anything its overpriced" LMAOO, but I kept it to myself, since I want BAP to earn money 

To be honest, even though it wont have as much of the glits. The concert will be truly amazing. There will be lights depending on the venue and for the most part the dancers are great lol and the outfits really suite the songs lol.

 

but got damnit Big Bang concert ran me for my money nearly $400 plus, lucky I love them lol I had to get that VIP package man!

So true, but verzion did take advantage of the demand of B.A.P because it wasn't that expensive for Jay Park last year. They saw that it was going to be over capacity and ran with it like a cheetah.

Oh yeah!  That could be.  Though I dunno, I thought the ticket money probably went to Verizon rather than TS, and the merchandise profit went to TS.  I suppose Verizon must have put TS on a budget, unless they sponsored this at a loss (typical for PR/this sort of project, or...?)

 

Verizon profited big time, they made this so called secret a list which was supposed to reveal secrets and give you a better shot at winning a chance with high touch to see B.A.P. They had you print out vouchers and buy things from verizons store for that and a stupid raffle that didn't even happen. The stuff that you got from the vouchers was free and was given to everyone not just people on the secret list. Shame on Verizon for taking advantage of Babyz.

 

I believe a percentage of money went to Verizon from ticket sales, not all. TS, over all is banking from coming to the US. Not to mention the stuff they did with MTV-K. Money money money money! lol
