Bitches and Touch Me On The Beach made up for Best Partner, which wasn't bad but couldn't stand next to Bitches or Touch Me On The Beach. High Flying was a solid single and her cover of Beds wasn't too bad. Hero has caught my attention but it appears like she'll be going with a much more electronic based sound for her upcoming releases. Would've preferred her to release another record along the lines of Bitches but Hero is going to have to do. Che'Nelle doesn't do much for me. She had a much stronger sound and material especially everything off of Gold but her recent foray into more electronic based material hasn't been fully sitting well with me. Hero isn't a bad record and it's a solid release but it doesn't catch my attention and is probably one of my least favorite records that she has released. High Flying took a bit of time to grow on me but it's much better then Hero. Hero is a bit plain and doesn't offer up anything new or interesting to her sound but it isn't bad.
