Apparently they went back and re edited the online episodes from the beginning as well. I havent checked this personally though.

I don't think they care so much about youtube because it's not meant to be accessible in china. If they made a big thing about taking it down from there too then they'd be admitting people can get around their banning of sites. Of course if it was because of a different reason like copyright then its more likely.

 

Overall I think they just want to protect their domestic audience from the horrors of womenn showing part of their breasts.
