Otaku 91 Posted May 8, 2013 Share Posted May 8, 2013 I would say I'm an agnostic. I don't believe there is a definite God out there, but I do believe there is something out there which is not God. I used to be an Atheist, but after a good debate with my Muslim friend, she has managed to convince me there is something out there. I used to say that I believe in the theory of evolution, and the big bang theory, but there are in fact many flaws within the theory itself. I would say the theory of God existing is always flawed, as there is hardly any proof of God - but then there is hardly any proof in Science right? As for actual religions, all the rules, bribes and threats strenghtens my belief that they're only made of the human need to define the unknown, and later was used by people wanting to controll others. xuan_ 840 Posted May 8, 2013 Share Posted May 8, 2013 i don't know whether i believe in god. i really don't know what my viewpoint is. but i know i think religion is not important to me. i am fine with other people practicing their religion. as long as people do not impose their practices on me, i am ok. what i believe is that as long as i try to do the right thing, i will be fine. i know what is right is subjective but i believe i am rational enough to go by my thoughts. idk whether what i just wrote make sense but this is my current thoughts on this particular topic.
