Jean Grey 2,400
Hello guys. I need your advice - I've made my first gifsets today (in photoshop) and can you tell what do you think I am doing wrong? Should I download some special brushes or something like that? I hope somebody will help me~
asd2 1,029
It looks nice. Maybe a bit light.
Nev Schulman 7,948
on the last few there is a small border that is darker (like 1px) on this gif when selecting all layers (in the animation bar where you can control the time not the regular layers on the left) select the layers of the coloring (seems like there must have been a texture) and then move it up with the buttons (the pg up arrow)
jvng 3,864
this 1 is a bit too fast & light
pinkmonster 4,678
They look a little bit too fast to me. I personally time them at 0.06 usually. For colorings you can just download some good psds and you are ready to go. And also when I save the gif I prefer to use pattern rather than diffusion. And I'd also recommend a good sharpening action. There are tons of ways to make gifs ofc though This is how mine look like if you are into this kind of style. Thank you! I will try to do it step by step~ this 1 is a bit too fast & light Thanks, now I will use 0,06 instead of 0,3 :D I am trying to make a little bit darker but it doesn't come out in the way I want it to be. :///
E U Ae Rin 3,784
You need to time between 0.05 to 0.1 because it isn't too fast and it isn't too slow. Download some colorings online too, so you can give them nice colors. And try to save them in Pattern, because it gives them a prettier quality

You can always try another coloring if it doesn't work. You can always play with the hue and saturation or add some layers to adjust the gifs into the color you want it's all about experimenting (I know it takes forever but its worth it) 0,09 is for me the best speed for gifs. You can do it step by step but make sure whatever texture you use that it fits the gif, if not you can always make the the size of the texture bigger on the layer. jongupaf 5,916
Props for giffing Pretty Little Liars To be your first gifs, these aren't bad. But you should slow them down a bit and play with colors, and after everything sharpening the, is the best ^^
