Host: from radio shows to music performances to fan signs, how do you guys maintain your energy/stamina?

 

Bean: No matter how tired I am, I always manage to do some push ups when I get home, 5 sets of 15.

N: I lack energy so I just sleep. 

Hyuk: I eat. I work to eat/for food (it's hard to do literal translation to what he said), so I use food to maintain energy.

Ravi: My body is in good condition so I don't really feel tired

Everyone said Ken encourages himself
