But every group need that one guy/girl who can raise the group up. I can give many examples (from ZE:A's Kwanghee to Miss A's Suzy to APink's Eunji to Infinite's L) since that is how KPop works. I can assure you that not only SM did this. Other members will get the opportunities when they are already stable enough.
