The group's agency stated, "With the addition of Lumin who has a strong passion and talent for music, we anticipate that M.Pire will show a more rugged and mature image through their performances and music on stage... We ask for your support and interest in M.Pire who will make a comeback with a new single album." Lumin, formerly known as LeeU and a previous member of boy group F.CUZ, has made a name for himself as more than a singer by co-composing and writing Jaejoong's "Kiss B" and serving as the producer for former U-KISS member Kibum's Japanese single album.
