Yes, there are a lot of antibiotic-resistant bacteria (100% our fault)

But there's also several sources of new antibiotics found and being investigated at the moment.

Full dose, one shot. It's more aggressive and more side effects, but clearly people can't be trusted to make smart decisions.

true but new vaccinations come up every 10 years or so, much much longer than for new bacterial strain or virus to emerge. That said, we are witnessing huge progress in the biotech field, so I trust in the new future there will be a more efficient drug delivery system or cure.
