For my type they didn't record new vocals? Jiwoo sang most of that song when it was just 4 of them and now she doesn't even lip sync her none of her parts XD

No but maybe they should re-record it. Maybe they would if they put it on an album.

I think its because Jiwoo's position went from Main Vocalist to Rapper and the lineup went from 4 to 6. Now that Wanna.B has more competent vocalists, they don't have to rely on Jiwoo's vocals. But still it would've been nice if she had retained some of her old lines, while Siyoung took the rap, being she's the Main Rapper anyway. I guess it maybe its because J.Bin's voice is rather deep and distinctive, it matches more closely to Jiwoo's than Siyoung's.

This thread doesn't have much discussion so here's my discussion topic.
 
What type of song/concept should Wanna.B try next? Should they wear uniforms again?
 
Personally I think something Beyonce inspired since they're such Beyonce fangirls. You know how Beyonce does those cute and fun yet fierce and sassy concepts (along the lines of 'Countdown', 'Single Ladies', 'Love On Top', 'Check Up On It', and 'Get Me Bodied')? Because some of the members are more cute (Luluz) and others are more fierce (Ami & Jiwoo) and some are somewhere between the two (Sejin & Siyoung) so the right blend of cute and fierce would be perfect. Plus I think Jiwoo's choreography would be a masterpiece if she had the right song to work with.

Yeah something cute yet sassy. I been looking at Seoyoon lately and when she performs hands up it doesn't look like she really enjoys the sexy concept. She was really happy in the cutie verison. I don't think they should wear uniforms again. Since they had kind of a uniform for the debut and now for this comeback. I'd like to see clothes that fit each of their personalitiy. Jiwoo's choreography though is pretty amazing.

I don't know if Seoyoon doesn't enjoy the concept but she is smiling a lot less. It might just be that someone told her not to smile so much. I miss her smiles tbh. What she seemed to really not like was the Monsta X cover. She was totally not into it lol.
I think Seoyoon needs blonde or light brown, or something brighter hair for their next comeback. She's had dark red since Luluz and she needs something to match her bubbly personality. I hope she can get a lot of lines if their next song is more cute and fun.

^ They really playing up this healthdol fitnessdol thing (which is a good thing). I hope they can get more recognition for it. I think they would if they were able to win something at ISAC. They look fit & athletic now they just have to prove it.

Wanna.B received a lot attention for their 'Mirotic' cover. There's tons of articles about it and I think that's why they were #3 in real-time search. There was even a small surge in MV views. for 'Attention' and 'Hands Up'.

Wanna'B Mirotic cover exceeded 20,000 views!

 

That may not seem like a huge deal but when I checked the views yesterday it was a little over 9,000, which is on par with their Monsta X cover, and over night it night the views more than doubled. Their Mirotic cover now has more views than any video on Wanna.B's official channel including 'Hands Up' and 'Attention' MV's.

^ Good performance but its a shame they had to cut it down to 1:59. The red outfits with black tights is very flattering. Somehow it makes them seem taller. Seoyoon's smile is back!

Yas! That version is so much better! They seem to be gaining attention with these covers! I'm glad the are practicing and sharping their skills! Jiwoo dancing is sooo goood! <3 <3 

I do like the Hands up head shots! the only one I don't like is Siyoung. She isn't looking at the camera

Thanks for the input on the pictures.
They could rest or get away from the group/company on their days off but instead they get together and learn choreography for covers and their hard work is paying off.
I'd like to see them do a cover of a more powerful or intricate dance because people don't seem to think they can deliver that. They obviously haven't seen their Beyonce or Little Mix covers and they obviously haven't seen anything from when Jiwoo was Jihye.
I know they're more of a performance group than a vocal group but some vocal covers would be nice too. I need Sejin to do a full cover of  'Almost Is Never Enough'. It sounded really good on Vixx N Kpop.
